答复:
8.4 When wires pass through a joint between sections of a portable luminaire that are separable for packing purposes, the joint shall be such that rotation of one section with respect to the other during the assembly of the sections is limited to not more that 360 degrees. Friction alone does not meet the intent of the requirement to prevent rotation.
Exception: When all of the following conditions exist, rotation between sections of a portable luminaire is not limited to 360 degrees:
a) The internal diameter of the tubing through which the wires pass is 1/2 inch (12.7 mm) or more or the Power Supply Cord Twist Test, Section 135A is conducted with acceptable results; and
b) The rotation during assembly is limited to not more than one revolution for each 3 inches (76 mm) of unobstructed tubing length through which the wires pass, when such rotation does not place any stress on the conductors; and
c) The conductors do not involve splices unless the splices are:
1) Inaccessible during assembly in accordance with Accessibility of Live Parts, Section 23; and
2) Secured and provided with strain relief that has been shown to be reliable and not easily defeated by the user.

UL1310:

12.2 There shall be no components connected between primary and output circuits which result in a conductive connection (see 5.4). If capacitive coupling is provided between primary and output circuits, it shall consist of either:

a) A capacitor complying with the antenna coupling requirements specified in the Standard for Capacitors and Suppressors for Radio- and Television-Type Appliances, UL 1414; or

b) Two capacitors connected in series, each capacitor complying with the requirements in 34.1.3.

UL8750:

7.9.2 A component that bridges two circuits otherwise required to be isolated from one another shall be one of the following:

a) A capacitor complying with the antenna coupling requirements specified in the Standard for Capacitors and Suppressors for Radio- and Television-Type Appliances, UL 1414,

b) Two capacitors connected in series, each capacitor individually complying with the dielectric voltage withstand test of 8.4,

c) An optical isolator complying with the requirements of the Standard for Optical Isolators, UL 1577, with a suitable isolation voltage rating, or

d) Isolation provided by a transformer that complies with the dielectric voltage withstand test of 8.4.

6.7 Potting compound
6.7.1 Potting compound shall not leak, drip, or be released from a unit during any test conducted in accordance with this standard.
6.7.2 During the Temperature Test of 8.3, a potting compound shall comply with (a) or (b) as applicable:
a) A polymeric potting compound shall not exceed its Relative Thermal Index (RTI).
b) An asphalt potting compound shall remain at least 15°C (27°F) below its softening point as determined by the Standard Test Methods for Softening Point of Resins Derived from Naval Stores by Ring-and-Ball Apparatus, ASTM E28.

UL1993:
6.7.7 In the United States, when applying the requirements specified in UL 840 to determine environmental pollution, the device may be evaluated with different environmental pollution degrees. The following conditions apply:
a) A device marked for wet use shall be exposed to environmental pollution degree 3.
b) A device intended for dry or damp locations shall be exposed to environmental pollution degree 2.
c) The portion of a printed wiring board covered with a potting compound or a conformal coating that complies with the requirements in conformal-coating tests described in UL 746C shall be exposed to environmental pollution degree 1.
6.7.8 In Canada, printed circuit boards covered with potting compound or a conformal coating shall comply with the requirements of Annex E.
